1. Digital Products

We offer a 7-day refund window for digital products if less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. This ensures fairness for both our clients and our business.

2. Advisory Services

Refunds for advisory services are only available before an engagement has begun (e.g., prior to a scheduled session or delivery kickoff). Once any part of the advisory service has started, the fee becomes non-refundable, as time and expertise are committed from the outset.

Examples:

  • Scheduled Calls — Refunds permitted if canceled at least 24 hours before the session. No refunds once the call occurs.
  • Project-Based Engagements (e.g., Credit Clarity Audit™, Comprehensive Credit Assessment™, Shadow File Deep Dive™, Urgent Credit Optimization™) — Non-refundable once project work has begun, including audits, analysis, or document drafting.
