Refund Policy

At ClearMark Advisory, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled across digital products and advisory services.
1. Digital Products
Unless a product page states otherwise, we offer a 7-day refund window for digital products if less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, email info@clearmarkadvisory.com with your order number and reason for the request.
2. Advisory Services
Refunds for advisory services are only available before an engagement has begun, such as before a scheduled session, kickoff, review, analysis, testing, or drafting begins. Once any part of the advisory service has started, the fee becomes non-refundable because time, expertise, and capacity have been committed.
- Scheduled calls: refunds are permitted if canceled at least 24 hours before the session. No refunds are available once the call occurs.
- Project-based engagements: fees are non-refundable once work begins, including intake review, AI workflow review, analysis, testing, drafting, or advisory preparation.
- Retainer engagements: monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service period begins unless the written agreement states otherwise.
