Clearmark Advisory respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use this website, contact us, or engage us for forensic credit escalation work.

- messages and case details you submit;
- billing or transaction details when applicable;
- credit records, account documentation, and related materials voluntarily provided for review; and
- site activity such as pages visited, forms submitted, and device/browser information.
2. Client Materials and Sensitive Information
During forensic credit work, you may share credit records, account documentation, dispute correspondence, payment histories, and related materials. We use those materials solely to evaluate fit, scope work, and provide services you request. We do not sell client materials. Access is limited to authorized personnel needed to support the engagement.
3. How We Use Information
- to respond to inquiries and evaluate fit;
- to provide forensic credit analysis and escalation services;
- to deliver requested materials and case updates;
- to operate, secure, and improve the website; and
- to maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
4. Service Providers
We work with trusted providers to operate the site and business, including:
- Vercel for site hosting and deployment;
- Google Workspace for email and document storage;
- Stripe or similar processors for payment processing; and
- DocuSign or similar tools for electronic signatures and contracts.
These providers maintain their own privacy policies. We add or change providers as the business evolves and will update this list accordingly.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Client materials are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the engagement or as required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
